We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Just a short walk to the beach, we went multiple times.Only small thing was a strong smell of old cigarette smoke in the media room and an old beer can in the bottom of the pool.Overall, highly recommend and cannot wait to return again.

Loved the location and having the pool was amazing. We enjoyed the Media room as well and watched movies every night in there. Would definitely book this location again next year! Very family friendly!

House was beautiful and well stocked. Loved the private pool! Backyard is so nice. Ping pong table and darts were fun. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

House was great, very clean. We had an issue with the hot water but the problem was fixed immediately. The weather was chilly but the kids still swam ( paid for pool to be heated) would definitely rent this house again

Spring Break getaway

Very easy to rent. Lots of appliances and utensils in kitchen for easy cooking. Lots of room for a smaller family. Can walk to most attractions & restaurants on the island. Downtown Savannah is only 20 minutes away.

The home clean except for the guest bathroom- the floors were slimy. The big problem was the game room , under the house that smelled horrible like mold. It would be best to not advertise that as a bonus bc it’s a disappointment. The pool was nice , but the area around it needed to be cleaned. Other than that - we had a nice stay.

The home was spotless and only a few blocks away from the beach. The pool had a lot of plant debris in it and needed to be cleaned, but my kids still used it. There wasn't an umbrella outside like advertised in the photos, which was a disappointment for our one child who requires shade. The front porch is amazing, and my kids enjoyed playing ping-pong while it was raining.

Great property & communication

This property was great! It was very comfortable inside and plenty of room. There were 4 of us, but could have easily slept more. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all the utensils, plates, pans, etc. Check in and check out were probably the easiest I've ever had with an airbnb. We used the pool quite a bit. Loved how it had built in seats. We also opted for having the pool heated since it was still a bit cold. Well worth it!! Overall we had a great weekend at this property, hope to come back and stay here many more times!

Pleasant Tybee vacation

This is a very nice home with plenty of space for everyone. I went with two girlfriends for a girls vaca. For the most part it was very nice, but if you plan to swim in the pool bring your own towels. They only provide two bath towels per person, no pool towels. Also, if you are there in cooler weather, be prepared to pay extra for the “pool and spa” to be heated. The house was mostly clean, but your feet get dirty walking on the floors and there were obvious rings from drink cups left on the table. Also, the entertainment room downstairs has an unpleasant odor.

Good Stay, But Not Quite Worth the Premium Price

This was our third visit to Tybee Island, and we’ve always chosen rentals with a backyard pool. The pool and hot tub area here were fantastic—no complaints there! However, the interior of the home didn’t quite meet the expectations we had for the price.The second guest bedroom had a flickering light and a rattling fan that made it unusable (though there was a new fan in the closet, so hopefully that gets fixed). The third bedroom’s trundle bed was too squeaky to sleep on. Bedding was minimal, with just one pillow per person, and we were only provided one towel each for showers—more would have been appreciated at this price point.The main living room was comfortable and a great spot for family TV time. We didn’t use the downstairs entertainment room, as it was only accessible from the backyard, felt damp and musty (likely due to the season), and wasn’t very inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped and worked perfectly for our needs. The front covered deck was awesome for morning coffee, but the chairs and furniture could all use a good power washing.The home is in a neighborhood where dogs barked throughout the day, which was a bit disruptive. While this isn’t something the owners can control, it’s worth noting. On the plus side, the rental company was extremely responsive and helpful with any requests we had.Overall, we enjoyed our stay but expected more for the premium price. It was just missing some of those finishing touches that would have elevated the stay.

We booked this location for the hottub, pool with attached spa but the hottub broke on the first night. We woke up the first morning excited to sit out and have coffee but the coffee machine didn't work either. The maintenance dept showed up with no tools and apologized for the inconvenience and left without communicating a plan. We noticed that after he left the pool and spa was not operation any longer. The door closer was broken the screen door out front to the porch as well as the screen door outback, the main bathroom towel holder fell off the wall, the pool and patio furniture was rusty and the fabric was torn to the point that they were unusable, the master bathroom his and her sink was clogged.

Overall it was a decent house, however a few things we ran into. Mold in showers, house could definitely have been cleaner. Pool was nice and hot tub as well. House was well equipped with utensils to cook and grill out. Hardly any water pressure in hall bathroom. Master bathroom was nice, but the knobs are a little confusing, pretty fancy, but functioned fine. Side note, address of office is not correct. It dropped us off on some random side road. It is more in town on the right hand side.

Awesome house and amazing location

Couldn't be happier with our stay at Neptune's Nest. House was perfect for us and neighborhood was great! The only bad thing about this place is...the coffee machine, it's an old, traditional Mr. Coffee type machine. They have a mixer to bake, but do not have a Keurig single cup brewer? Not a huge deal, but would've been super convenient. Outside of that, this place was perfect for us!!!
