The unit is a bit run down, in my opinion. I know that can be subjective. The sofa and chairs no longer offer much support or padding. The master bedroom mattress is awful. We had to turn it to find a moderate level of comfort for sleeping. The pest control was lacking, and the ice maker was broken, actually ripped off the side of the freezer. At arrival, it took a while to find a property map and determine which building we were in. And as one of the other posts indicated, the floors were pretty dirty. No barefoot walking on this vaca. I guess some of this might not be that surprising as we learned this unit is posted for sale. We were also issued a parking "warning" for parking without a permit, but I can't find anywhere that it was communicated that we needed a permit. It's indicated that parking is unassigned and we have 2 spaces available, of which we only used 1.All of that being said, I did reach out to property management and they were appreciative of the feedback, and took notes, hopefully to redeem the issues before the next renters arrive. The location is actually quite good on the island. It's mid-beach. Everything is very walkable. The onsite restaurant, The Deck, was surprisingly good and obviously convenient. We didn't use the pools, but the decks and pool area all looked very nice.
