The property was beautiful and very clean. The quiet location was perfect for our group to walk and bike all around the island. We loved the spacious master suite and private balconies as well as the well-stocked kitchen and ample dining area. We appreciated the lovely decorations and handmade art throughout the house. The king bed mattress was firm and comfortable but the other upstairs mattresses may need to be replaced soon. The pool was the only disappointment - it was 2 miles away, very small and not at all clean during our visit. Thankfully the beach was a 3 minute walk away and that’s what we were there for. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.

Purple Madness Tour "Prince Concert "

Watching the Purple Madness tour on the pier of Tybee Island for the 4th of July and fireworks show was the best way to celebrate with friends. But , the poor was lacking luster. Tje pool is two miles away and its a motel. pool. I was sooper disappointed. The house had signs on it reading pool is this way and there was no pool. Buyer beware of the pool access wordings.

Perfect house for a family retreat

The property is situated across the street from beach access on the northern (bay side) of the island, which felt warmer and less windy than the east side on the March day we arrived. It's only a few minute walk and felt like a private beach with few other beach goers during the hours we were there. The townhouse has a terrific layout w/ a master suite, two bedrooms with queen size beds & additional full baths down the hall. Our teens enjoyed having their own space. There is also a child's room with twin bunks that have a trundle, which we did not use. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, although we did not cook during our short stay. There seemed to be every small appliance one could want and plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. The furniture is comfortable and the porch provided another place to relax and enjoy the view. Although not ON the water, you can see it between the trees and houses across the street. Check in/ out was easy. We had a glitch with our entry code, but management was available & immediately responsive to get us in quickly. They also checked back to make sure things were OK at the house. The only thing missing were some small amenities: there were no tissues in the house & the jar that said "complimentary laundry soap" was empty. The samples of shampoo & conditioner were tiny and only one soap was provided in the bathroom (to use for both hand washing & bathing). Minor things that did not detract from our enjoyment of the property. Highly recomme

Early Thanksgiving with family

We met family for an early Thanksgiving. The house was lovely,very spacious cozy. Though we didn’t prepare any meals, the kitchen seemed well equipped. A few issues not really impacting us, but the property manager was quick to respond. A great location and lovely neighborhood

Fall Break

The house was very clean and spacious. Wonderful communication from the host. We go on Fall Break with the same friends every year and this was a great place to vacation with them. The house wasn’t stocked as well as other homes we have stayed at. Would have been nice to have some laundry detergent, baggies and spices in the kitchen. Just a note that the pool access is a couple miles away. Need to plan for it.

Going on vacation

We had a great time! Only stayed couple days because the weather was not great! Inside looks great outside not so much. Chairs were rusty and grandson had splinter in finger. Chairs should not be on porches! A good outside clean would be nice too! Overall the location is great and we will be back!

Great place

Everything was great overall. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to North Beach/Mid Beach/South Beach. The beach closest to the property has a lot of rocks which is bad for swimming but you can see dolphins from the shore in the evening. Bring your own tent/umbrella/shade. The property has beach chairs, toys, etc but not a tent or umbrella made for the beach.

A Gem on Tybee

I thought I had posted a review so if you see another similar review, my apologies. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. we have been to Tybee many times and we usually rent a home with direct beach access. This one is a block off the beach. In the end, it made no difference to any of us. The beach was but a short five minute walk. the location of the home was central to Tybee Island. I do want to point out that the actual home feels much larger than the photos. There was plenty of room for the eight of us to enjoy ourselves as a group or have private time. We will be booking another stay.

Nice home

Very well decorated unfortunately the mattress where not good at all we all had back pain. House was very roomy nicely decorated. Your washer is filthy with mold would not dare go near that and that’s it. We would recommend this place they just need to clean that washing machine. We will be back definitely 👍

Great Getaway to Tybee

Beautiful home, very clean and tidy, with a short walk across the boardwalk to a quiet beach. AC worked great, nicely furnished bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We had a tiny problem with the door lock when we first arrived, which the property management company resolved instantly. We came a week before Memorial Day, so the season had not started and the beach was sparsely populated, which we loved. Tybee is a smaller town than St. Augustine or Cocoa Beach; we enjoyed the small-town feel. Very relaxing. Large ships line up nearby for Savannah port, which made boat-watching a favorite of the little boys in our group. It was a short 4-hour drive from the Atlanta area. Be sure to watch the sunsets off the beach at least once - they were stunning while we were there. I would recommend this house and Tybee Island. It deserves its 5 star rating.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing and fun. The location was perfect and we loved the short walk to the beach. There are a lot of steps in the house! Communicating with property manager was a breeze and they were attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. It is a beautiful property with an easy walk to the beach. We loved the location, with it convenient to Tybee and Savannah. The Keurig does need to be replaced.

Awesome Girls Trip

My girlfriends of +40 years thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Breeze! It was exactly what we needed for our annual trip! The house was extremely cozy and had everything we needed. We even opted to order in and cozy up to watch movies one night! The location was convenient to Savannah and the beach was truly steps away! Loved the communications, reminders and checked ins! We will be back for sure!!
