The condo was perfect for our stay. Saw dolphins in the water as soon we walked in the condo. Really enjoyed watching the ships. The condo was very nicely decorated and was very clean. Very quiet area.

The view was amazing from the Balcony! Plenty of towels and blankets for 2 people. The only down side was there was only salt and pepper available. No other spices of cooking spray. Great place!

Beautiful condo. Small but perfect size for the 2 of us for a week. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We loved the covered balcony overlooking the beach. We spent a lot of time out there watching the dolphins and huge ships going by. The tv was glitchy the whole week- maybe the internet access? The real negative was the shower. It doesn’t drain properly and even with abbreviated showers, almost overflows onto the floor every time. It’s actually kind of gross. It sounds like this has been an ongoing problem for a while( from what other reviews mention). We did have some run ins with cockroaches ( one as big as a small mouse!). We killed them but they were even in the oven! I know in big buildings, you get that sometimes, but maybe spraying would help. Overall we had a really good stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean and just steps to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play and the cargo ships coming and going.

Sunset and Dolphin Views

The best experiences of our stay were the sunset and dolphin views, as well as easy access to a quiet beach. The accommodations worked well for us, but as other reviews noted the shower does not drain well. Our one issue was communication with the property manager wasn’t super timely and caused some challenges with our check in. Overall we would definitely visit this rental again!

The condo overall was alright, the shower had grime on the shower head and jets as well as on the doors. The dishes and silverware appeared as if they were not fully cleaned. The AC also switched to 80 degrees in the middle of the night.

Great location but uninvited guest

The location was beautiful, watching the ships, boats and dolphins was amazing. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen supplies. The one big “con” was the cockroaches. I called The Tybee Rental Agency to let them know and they said that this time of the year it happens and there’s nothing they can do. I messaged them again and they said they would send an exterminator. They apparently did but outside so inside still has cockroaches, my husband killed one the last night we were there. I’ve stayed in many beach condos and this has never happened before.

Wonderful Rental

The unit was charming and well decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. Pool was nice and the access to the beach was great. We might suggest purchasing more towels for the unit. There were only 4 for the 2 of us, therefore, we had to do laundry. Additionally there were no hand towels. The unit looked as pictured, and we would definitely rent it again.

Great condo for two people

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was in a great location to explore both Tybee Island and Savannah. We loved our waterfront view and proximity of the beach. It was furnished nicely and the bed was comfortable.

Almost perfect

We have stayed at the Racquet Club 4 times. We stayed at this same one our 1st year when I believe it was newly renovated. Pros: great location, very clean, comfy seating, comfy bed & well stocked (no pizza pan!)Cons: livingroom tv not so good, dvd player not hooked up, hot water didn't last through two back to back showers & worse of all shower drained slow causing water build up GROSS! Hopefully, these issues will addressed promptly.Overall, we made do because we like this comfy clean condo. See ya'll next year!

Amazing View

This.was an excellent property. We've stayed at the Beach and Racquet before and this is one of our favorite condos. Probably wont pick it again because theres only a shower, no tub and i am a bath person. I knew it when i booked it. Only problem was one of the balcony chairs was broken and had been taken for repair so there was just one high chair to see over the balcony. We saw dolphins every day sometimes all day! Shrimp boats parked right out where we could see them all night. I do wish the building owner would either add an elevator closer to the end or make a ramp that goes higher than the first floor. Getting our stuff in takes alot of effort. All in all its a great place to stay.

Tybee rental April 2024

The location on the beach was outstanding. The condo was well equipped. But the smoking policy is a bait and switch. Either you are smoke free or you are not. Since we spent a good bit of time on the patio we really did not appreciate breathing endless cigar smoke. So we won't return. Also, we have never been to beach town that charged a minimum of $8 to park anywhere , another reason we won't be back.

This property is worth it for the view. It is not big but was perfect for my husband and I. Watched dolphins, beautiful sunsets even saw 2 bald eagles! Very quiet and peaceful.
