MODERN, ELEGANT, COZY!
These are the three words that define this prestigious loft, located in a prime spot in Turin: Piazza Statuto.
It was completely renovated in 2016, converted from an apartment in a stately building dating back to the early 1800s.
The minimalist yet well-arranged furnishings allow guests to make the most of the space.
The sleeping area is located on the loft, featuring a comfortable double bed and a single slatted bed; of course, sheets and blankets are provided by us.
Downstairs, there is a kitchen with a two-burner gas stove, an oven, and a microwave.
Plates and dishes are provided so you can cook your favorite meals and finish with a great cup of coffee from coffee pods.
There’s also a convenient one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, ready to use in just a few seconds.
The bathroom features an antechamber with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet.
Of course, towels, a hair dryer, and single-use shower gel are provided.
Take the elevator in this quiet apartment building up to the first floor, and use the parking space in the courtyard for loading and unloading only.
Thanks to its strategic location on the corner of Piazza Statuto, you can reach the heart of downtown Turin in 10 minutes via Via Garibaldi (a shopping street).
Below the apartment, you’ll find a Carrefour, a tobacco shop, a bank, and various restaurants; nearby is a well-stocked local market.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
Small to medium-sized pets are welcome.
