Nice and comfortable 22 sqm loft studio apartment, located on the first floor of a period building with elevator (however it is not suitable for the disabled), in a lively and very safe area, behind Piazza Vittorio Veneto and a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana and near the Royal Gardens.
★ LIVING ROOM: The house consists of a comfortable living area with a single sofa bed, desk with monitor and keyboard, open kitchen equipped with everything needed to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and full lunches - stove, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cutlery, cups and stemware.
★ NIGHT AREA: located on a characteristic mezzanine and equipped with a double bed
★ BATHROOM: with shower box, bidet and hairdryer
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WiFi, TV, fan, central heating, iron and ironing board, hangers, hairdryer, free parking included (reserved parking space inside the underground parking in Piazza Vittorio Veneto)

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

NEGATIVISSIMO
L'unica cosa positiva la posizione....per il resto (x quanto pagato ) pessimo. Non è provvisto di aria condizionata ma non hanno avuto premura di far trovare almeno un ventilatore; per arrivare sul soppalco dove è posizionato il letto c'è una scala in legno ripidissima. Il soppalco è bassissimo bisogna stare piegati letteralmente in due. Infine la finestra del bagno affaccia direttamente sul giroscale....uno scandalo....DIRE PESSIMO è FARE UN UN COMPLIMENTO...
