Price was good. Cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was fine. Appreciated pet policy because we have our little Maltese we were traveling with. Individual at front desk first day was nice but individual there at check out had an attitude of being bothered. I couldn’t sleep. Light from parking area shining in crazy-bright even with curtains closed. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Pet relief area needs BIG signs saying “Pick up your dog’s poo” and bags/trash to encourage it (not hotel’s fault though).

The room was clean, spacious and the bed slept well. Despite the temperatures being in the upper teens the heat unit kept the room comfortable. There was a hot breakfast with several options to eat and drink. The dining area was clean and the buffet was kept well filled. The outside of the facility was well maintained. HOWEVER, we did not have hot water - only lukewarm for our two day stay. When we mentioned this to the front desk we were told, " you didn't let it run long enough." " There must have been others using a lot of hot water." "We only have two hot water heaters." Not a word about sorry for the issue, or we will try to see what the problem is. One of us even went to the restroom in the lobby to see if there was hot water there - slightly warmer than our room on the 4th floor - but not remotely hot. We have stayed there before, and have paid for visiting guest to stay there. However, we will not do so in the future. We will find another hotel who has better customer service when there is a problem that needs to be addressed.
