The room was nice and it was good size. The only problem I had was I seen a few roaches in the room. I almost was going to ask for a refund, but I was to tired to try and find another hotel. The other thing is the ice maker didn't work.

Amazing experience at this hotel!! The people are friendly, the room was great, the pool was relaxing, and this hotel’s breakfast tasted delicious!! I love that they had food and drinks that I could eat! They had people with health issues, food allergies and food related health issues in mind with accommodations!! My family and I definitely will be back to stay again!!

EXCELLENT customer service. Prior to checkin, Natasha at front Desk let me know pool/hot tub were down. Then proceeded to help me find sister properties in area offering those amenities. Advised Expedia of issue, and offered to cancel or transfer reservation (Expedia declined😤) She was so gracious and helpful that we ultimately stayed there. Great IHG experience. Expedia, not so much.

The hotel and room were very clean. The room size was adequate for our needs, we had a standard room. The beds were comfortable and all of us slept well. We did not hear any doors opening or closing, nor people talking so the rooms are well sound proofed. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only disappointment was the pool was not available for use due to maintenance. We were there on a weekend so we thought the indoor pool would be nice to use. If that is important to you I would call the hotel to make sure it is open. We did not mind since we were meeting family. We did not eat at the restaurant. It was reasonably priced and we would stay there again.

Room was clean. Sofa was little itchy. Toilet seat was broken and moved when you sat on it. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Missed the cookies because I checked in early. Sad cause the pool was under construction.
