Amplio y calido loft en Barrio Norte. Muy bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes, comercios y transporte publico. A 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza Urquiza, el principal polo gastronmico y de entretenimientos de la ciudad. A 10 minutos del microcentro.
Mi departamento cuenta con cama de 1,40m firme muy comoda con colchon Simmons Backcare, sabanas y toallas. Tv por cable y chrome cast para conectarla a tus dispositivos. Vajilla completa y alimentos básicos. Aire acondicionado frio calor potente. Blacon con lavadero.
Edificio residencial nuevo con portero 24hs. Tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para descansar. Amplios palieres y ascensores rapidos. La calle tiene movimiento comercial y es segura.
El loft tiene buena ventilacion e iluminacion natural, incluso enel baño. Reviso personalmente la limpieza antes de la entrada de los huespedes y estoy a disposicion por cualquier cosa que necesiten durante la estada.
Mi alojamiento dispone de alimentos basicos como ser aceite, vinagre, sal, azucar, té, mate. Vajilla completa, batería de cocina, equipo de mate, microondas, tostadora, pava eléctrica, heladera con freezer y cocina con horno. En las inmediaciones hay muchas opciones gastronmicas y delivery. A 2 cuadras de Carrefour y Vea.
Baño amplio y luminoso con ventilación natural. Jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, paper higiénco y secador de pelo.
Cortinas blackout. Plancha de ropa y tabla de planchar.
