Filthy bathroom floor. No trash can. No anything except a TV. Dirty towels. Toilet still poop stained from previous guest. Wifi code wouldn't work.

This is not the best spot to stay for a hotel. They don't offer a blanket no TV remote and the HVAC is hard to figure out how to work. No in room phones eithet as well as the wifi was not working from our room .

Everything from Miss managed to employees not knowing the actual handbook to miscommunications dirty rooms you name it it pretty much happened and staff very not friendly
That would be black mold in a refrigerator

Nice room, the location is good being next to the freeway but there are a lot of homeless people around. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the shower was hot so for the price I think it was a good hotel. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is a good option.

This place is a dump! You can only check in after 3pm. When I went to open my door the keycard didn’t work because the electronic reader had been tampered clearly. After 5 min I got in. Went to the restroom and the room had no toilet paper, no soap. Went to the front desk and rudely the girl told me they charge for those items. You’re telling me I have to pay for toilet paper and soap? So I walked off went back to the room. The night came and there was shooting. Someone overdosed and people were talking so loud outside. The bedding was horrible so it didn’t help. I was planning to stay a week but ended leaving the next morning. I hit up Expedia told them the issue and guess what. They called the hotel and the number doesn’t work. Super inn gives out a faulty number so when people try to get a refund they never actually get the call and Expedia needs permission to refund your money. Guess what happened, Expedia gave me a $20 voucher when my week stay cost $196. Whatever you do don’t stay at this place.

The walk way needs to be cleaned, the grouting needs to be reset the light bulbs don't work and there's a ghost in the room but for $50 for the night no deposit and no bugs really it was a great stay to charge my gear and get some rest, definitely going back if I need it!
