Comfortable Place with Pops of Red!

My wife and I loved the layout, location, and amenities ! The pools were clean and clear, hot tubs were hot when the air got cool. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening wine! So many bird species and cool wildlife in the area. The covered car port was a bonus, too. We had a relaxing vacation!

We love the location at the foot of the Catalina’s and right at the head of the Ventana Canyon Trail. There is also a pleasant sense of community in the development.

Truth in Advertising

We stayed 3 weeks in this condo. It's exactly as described. Great views, very well-stocked kitchen, and a plus to have cable tv included. We had to buy a few supplies, but that would be expected for a longer term stay. Our only suggestion is that an upgrade of beds is needed. It's insulting to confront a plastic cover on a master bed - pillows were thick, uncomfortable foam. Beds, comforters, pillows and bedding should be upgraded for a rental in this price range.

Nice Condo in a great area of Tucson

Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to others. Kitchen is well equipped and check-in was easy. The only thing potential renters need to know is that this is a downstairs unit and you can definitely hear the noise of people walking around upstairs.We only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was dust in the corners and under beds...the cleaners definitely took a few shortcuts. But overall the place was clean where it mattered. No odors, bedding, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, etc, were all clean.

Beds very uncomfortable, plastic mattress covers, pillows hard, room has mini blinds letting in lots of light from the well lit complex. Upstairs was crazy noisy with the three kids running around at 6am. We are going home exhausted.

cozy and colorful condo with great view of mountains

The condo was very cute with a colorful Arizona/southwestern theme throughout. The view of the Mountains was wonderful from both inside the home and the patio. It is close to nearby stores and restaurants, yet you definitely feel part of the Catalina Hills while there. A Ventana Canyon hiking trail run right behind the condo. My only suggestion would be to have coffee filters available for the Mr. Coffee and Kleenex in the bathrooms. We bought some while there and left them for other people.

Good location and lovely decor

This unit is really nice, well stocked and one of the best locations in the complex as it faces the trailhead to Ventana Canyon. Unit was very clean but imo beds could use an update. Both are quite soft and (ahem) squeaky. The fitted sheet on my bed had been washed but had a stain just where I was laying so I changed the bedding. Unit is ground floor so there was quite a bit of noise from family of four that were there for the start of our stay. The View is the best feature of the unit, as is the small porch. The hot tub and pool are very nice and quiet.

Ventana Caynon Condo

Very cozy condo with great Mountain View’s. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. This was a very comfortable condo and we hated to leave on our last day there. Close to the Lowe’s Ventana resort, and restaurants, and shopping. We hiked the canyon behind the condo community several times and really enjoyed the hiking experience without having to drive anywhere. There is so much to do close to this location.

Rooms with a view

This is a great location in Ventana Canyon but close to shopping and restaurants. The views from the living room and porch are extraordinary. The kitchen was well supplied and had the little things that help make a stay enjoyable. The unit was well maintained and very comfortable. We did have frustrations with the management of the unit. We did not receive the entry instructions until the day before check-in (after multiple calls requesting this info). There was no paperwork providing house tips and do's and don'ts for the unit. Information and a map of the condo complex would have been useful as well. These are things that Casago can easily remedy and will contribute to a better experience for the visitor.

Nice vacation spot

House is beautifully decorated. Space is well- arranged and places for storage are good. The property is a truly great location. Views are amazing and nearby hiking opportunities are great. We will be staying longer next year.

Beautiful Mountain View

This property is 100% as advertised, the pictures on the website are completely respective of the property. Lots of at home feel, a very well equipped kitchen complimented the rest of the rooms. Easy access to the nature trail and quick access to the city for dining out if desired. A very relaxing place, has our recommendation.

Great Location and nice property

We stayed at this property for a golf weekend. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch in the evening. This unit is on the first floor, and you can hear footsteps whenever someone is staying in the unit above this one.

The view is incredible!

The view made up for the coffee filter not being cleaned and having three different colors of mold in it, the weather stripping on the front door needing to be replaced as crickets and small orange scorpion came into the condo, dust and dead bugs along the baseboards, and lack of supplies like garbage bags. The neighborhood was great; quiet and friendly.

A Wonderful Experience

Overall a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean, well decorated, completely equipped with everything that we would ever need, and the view was spectacular. Our only disappointment was that the foot falls from the unit above us were constant and could be annoying. But overall, we would stay there again in a second.

This was our first experience with VRBO, and it worked just fine for us. The location was great. The property was just fine for the two of us, although it would have been tight for more than two. It was nicely decorated with all the necessities that we needed, and then some.
