Cockroaches in the room the size of half dollars including smaller ones. I contacted the front desk. She refused to switch my room and said there’s more cockroaches in another room so I switch my room but she would get a dustpan come up to my room and get them out for me. I couldn’t believe this. It was late and I had to work early in the morning, so I proceeded to shake down the bed to make sure there’s nothing in it to find dirty, crusty blankets. I made sure they weren’t just stains. They were crusty and then proceeded to look even deeper into the room, the drawers had marijuana paraphernalia, as well as trash in them. The floors had the past guests, hair, ties, and garbage, which means they weren’t vacuumed I contacted the manager the next day who is even more rude than the receptionist the night before she would not give me her name and became very argumentative and aggressive towards me before she hung up never ever again. Super disgusted and disappointed.
