Poor service from the start. Room was not available at 3:30 pm check in. The following morning their ONLY coffee machine was broken so not morning espresso, lates or cappuccino available. Staff acted like no big deal and I was told machine would be repaired in the afternoon. We had to drive to the local coffee shop. Our last night we asked for an early wake up call with a follow up that never came. I do not recommend this hotel due to lack of customer service.

A beautiful Sonoran desert experience. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped with soothing views. They were so nice to our granddaughter. My only caveat: there was only watery coffee available at this resort. It was so tasteless and weak. Apparently their (one and only?) espresso machine was broken. No lattes, cappuccinos etc. otherwise a lovely stay.

My room was upgraded to a two room suite before I even arrived and without notification. I wanted the room that I booked with the patio.. there should have been some choice. Also the room I was in had a bed with an illuminated headboard, which put out too much light in the room and I kept waking up. No way to turn this off?
