We absolutely love this hotel and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Tucson. The staff is incredible—always welcoming and attentive—and the rooms are kept as clean as possible. Each morning, the same friendly face greets us at breakfast, and the kitchen staff does a great job making sure everything is well-stocked and fresh. The only small issue we noticed was the carpeting in the rooms—it could use a deep cleaning, as we noticed some discoloration when wearing white socks. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful as always. We look forward to our next stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back! Check in was very easy, all staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of options. Would 10/10 recommend this place and we are looking forward to coming back again! Thank you Hilton!

Bathroom was a little small and pool closes early, but other than that, great area, great views, walking distance to tons of restaurants and venues. Will stay again.

There were no towels at the pool Saturday. We went out 15 minutes after it opened and stayed over 2 hours. They never brought towels or dumped trash. The cans were completely full. Also my husband left some clothes behind. I called within a couple of hours of checking out. The front desk put me on hold for 8 minutes and came back and said all of housekeeping was at lunch but the front desk would call back as soon as they spoke with them. Four days later, still no call back. I also left an email message on the website which also has received a reply. We have stayed there for 5 nights within the last two weeks. I expected a return call. Disappointing.

Rooms are amazing. Full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, utensils, dishes. It was nice that there was a curtain divider between king bed and sofa pullout. Felt more private. Breakfast selection was nice. Great staff named Amanda in breakfast area always smiling and eager to help. Husband liked the gym. Pool was probably my only dislike. Very shallow. Perfect for kids though. They had a blast. Will stay again

Nice, big, clean, quiet room! Comfortable beds. The pool and rooftop patio were nice, and I wish we would have had time to enjoy them. Breakfast was really good - waffles, french toast, yogurt, oatmeal, omelets, hard boiled eggs, chorizo, potatoes, cereal, etc. The church across the street was beautiful, too. I would definitely stay here again!
