Camera comodissima vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a 20 min dal centro cittadino a piedi. Non pensate di riposare perchè dopo le 08.00 iniziano lavori di ristrutturazione di tutta la struttura. Infatti ci siamo ritrovati un po di polvere in giro. Siamo saliti (per fortuna) al primo piano a piedi perchè l'ascensore non è ancora funzionante visto i lavori. Qualche incomprensione con la tassa di soggiorno tra expedia e il proprietario. In ogni caso dovrebbe essere il proprietario a comunicare le nuove tariffe. Anche se dal sito del Comune sembrano giuste quelle di expedia (per appartamenti 1,5 euro al giorno a persona mentre il proprietario comunica 2 euro). Ma parliamo di pochi euro. Inoltre dal bagno arrivava un forte odore di tubi. Ma la struttura non è recente anche se in fase di ristrutturazione e pertanto si può capire. Il lato positivo è che a seguito di nostra richiesta il proprietario ci ha fatto avere un deodorante per bagno. Inoltre il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile per le nostre richieste. In ogni caso prezzo/qualità/posizione credo sia una buona struttura per passare qualche giorno a Trieste

Apartment building was a construcion site

The owner did not informed us (he said he did not know that either) that there will be a noisy construction on the weekend we booked this apartment. There was a plastic bag in front of the windows which made us unable to get some fresh air. It was sticky inside, smelled like paint and chemicals. The workers started before 8 AM and were shouting very loud the whole day, the mashines were also way too loud. My wife is pregnant in the 7th month. It wasn´t the best getaway weekend we had because of the accomodation. The owner kept saying he was not informed...
