Moldy shower door bottom

There was quite a bit of black mold on the bottom of the shower door and the track, I know it’s somewhat hard to clean I do my own shower at home. If you could get it cleaned really good once and keep it up it won’t be that hard to keep it clean, just a thought.

We got a nice room with a good view, and the room size was quite decent. However, the cleanliness was very disappointing. There were spider webs all over the balcony, even on the chairs, which made it feel poorly maintained. Another big issue was that housekeeping is only done every third night! That means no fresh towels or bed sheets unless you wait several days, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. As for the breakfast, it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel — but it turned out to be very misleading. Instead of a buffet or regular breakfast service, they have a paper sheet with five preset options. You have to pick one and drop it at the front desk each night. The choices are pretty bad - basically water, a banana, and either a doughnut, muffin, or milk. Definitely not what we expected when they said "breakfast included." Overall, the location and view were nice, but the poor cleanliness and terrible breakfast experience really let the place down.
