AVOID! My family group (8 dog) booked for 8/2/25-8/9/25 and pre-paid in Aug. 2024. The host, 360 Management, confirmed we were all set. Throughout the past year, I had frequent contact with 360 about our trip, albeit with frustrating delays in response times. It should have been a warning sign to cancel initially (and of the gross mishandling ahead) when I was told the owners rent this home just 2 weeks/year due to short term rental limits and the full listing is available only sporadically to view. A few days before our trip, I followed up to obtain our access code. I was told the code wouldn't be provided until 30 min beforehand. On the day of, after not receiving the code timely, I spoke with Kristina from 360 by phone. I then got the access code and instructions but was informed it had already been texted to a different phone. We next got a call from Kristina on our way to the house to advise they DOUBLE BOOKED THE HOME! You can imagine how upsetting that was, but she could not have been more rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic under the circumstances. So, we arrived to find the other group unpacking. They had apparently booked just before us last year, and the owners and/or 360 somehow went an entire year without knowing or discovering this horrible error. Kristina/360 offered no help, cancelled us and then ghosted me. We were left to fend for ourselves and scramble to find alternate lodging during the busiest time of year in such a popular region. What a nightmare.
