Room smelled musty indoor pool was so cold you could not get into it hot tub was cold and no idea how to turn it on . Went to the front desk to ask for creamers for coffe said there was none . There was a few in the coffe packets. Apparently she did not no that. Said there was a bar and a restaurant on premises and there was none

Excellent service. The AC in our room was suboptimal and Caitlin was able to provide us with an excellent room which was significantly better overall than the first room. That alone makes us want to come back! Unfortunately, the warm breakfast amenities were out of stock at the time we were there, but we were told more was being prepared. We wanted to get our return trip home started early so we left without breakfast. I suspect it was just a fluke coincidence given the other outstanding services provided.

Don’t stay here ever.

Toilet was broken. Microwave didn’t work. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall. Took hours before they would consider letting us switch rooms. Worst experience ever.

Downtime

Just what I needed. 2025 has been a stressful year and I just needed to get away from everything. Tremont was definitely a great place to spend a few days and clear my head. I’ll definitely be back!!

We realize there is some remodeling going on, but it is a mess around the entire property. Plus we couldn’t stay the entire night because of the horrible sewage smell in our room. We reported it to the after hours phone number, as the front desk was closed. There was hardly any one staying at the property & now we know why. It really needs to be closed until all repairs are completed.
