I actually was disappointed in my room, booked in advance, but was told filled upon arrival. Received a room with no tub just shower. Paid more this time than last time had much better room before.

We arrived at the Breakfast area by 8:15. The person tending the buffet line came in the back door as we were sitting down. There were no sausages, no bacon and very few scrambled eggs. He was behind in having them available the entire time we were eating breakfast. I chose the waffle simply because there were no egg, sausage or bacon available. We were very disappointed.

I was disappointed to find the pool empty. The room was great and well laid out. The staff we met everywhere within the hotel was A+ for many reasons. The only reason it didn't score higher was the overuse of carpet fresh/cleaner... The smell was intense through out the hotel, but our room was really heavy with it and being a cpap user---I could "taste" the powder through my machine. Even so- we will probably be returning - mostly because of your great staff we encountered in every job function.

There was not abundant trace of breakfast items on nice and fresh. The staff was friendly and the person who checked us in was very welcoming. I think his name was something like Reynea. Forgive me for the spelling. We enjoyed our two nights’ stay. We were very satisfied with the amount of shopping we could do at thrift stores and got quite a few items.

Facility was well maintained and looked nice. Breakfast was excellent. What was unappealing was the pool was closed and had a sign saying "Due to COVID" dated in 2020. That is nonsense. If they don't want to maintain the pool, take it off the amenities. Beds need replaced. There were body sized "sinkholes" in both beds in our room. At least a 3-4 inch dip. They were not comfortable. Get the pool functioning, and replace the beds and it would be a 5 star rating.

Just an overnight

I was there for an overnight before I picked up my granddaughter from camp. I was very happy they put me in a room right next to the front desk. Safe for a solo woman. The Bed was not the best, but it was ok. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The first room smelled like wet dog. We asked for another room and she upcharged us to move to a ‘better’ room. The king bed was comfy and nice but that was the only good part of it. The bathroom had paint on the counter and mounted hair dryer. The whole room felt icky. I will never stay here again.
