Charming apartment on Garda Lake

An 18th century VENETIAN STILE VILLA on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno. The apartment is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room. It has a heating system and air conditioning (free of charge). Soulér 1 has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. The garden has to be shared with other guests of different apartments in the same house.

Lovely spot

We loved staying at this adorable apartment. The location was quiet, beautiful and away from the crowds. The garden was a nice place to rest and the parking convenient. Nearby there was a beach and delicious restaurant. Overall, a great spot for exploring Lake Garda.

We had a very nice holiday at the appartment. It is really charming and the garden is really inviting.We had a small privat acces to the lake where we could swim and relax. The contact to the landladys was so familiar and they gave us really good ideas for things to do. We would definitely go there again!

Tolles altes Haus mit wunderbarem Flair direkt am See

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unten im Garten kann man wunderbar mit Blick auf den See frühstücken bzw. Abendessen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus versprüht sowohl innen als auch außen einen tollen Charme. Als große Person muss man an den Türen und in den Dachschrägen etwas aufpassen, gewöhnt man sich aber schnell daran. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Besondere Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage am See

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Gardasee in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Der wunderschöne Garten der alten Villa, dessen Nutzung nur für die Bewohner der Villa möglich ist und der direkte Zugang zum See haben vor allem zum Gelingen des Urlaubs beigetragen. Patrizia war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

schöner Gardasee-Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hauses ist außerordentlich. Vom Garten aus hat man nicht nur einen Zugang zum Hafen, sondern auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite auch einen Zugang zu einem kleinen Kieselstrand - herrlich! Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech. Die Hälfte der Woche hat es geregnet und es hat im Badezimmer nicht unerheblich durch das Dach geregnet. Es wurde sich gekümmert, auch wenn das Problem nicht unmittelbar behoben werden konnte. Ohne Sonnenschein ist die Wohnung mit den kleinen Fenstern recht dunkel und dieses Jahr war es auch Anfang Oktober etwas kalt in der Wohnung (17°C). Auf den Bergen fiel der erste Schnee. Der Charme des Hauses hat uns dennoch sehr gut gefallen. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer gefunden und unser Hund hat es genossen, im Aufzug bis unters Dach zu fahren. Von den anderen Gästen im Haus haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Man konnte sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.

Traumlage am Gardasee

Wir haben eine erholsame und angenehme urlaubswoche in dem Appartement verbracht. Der Zugang ist für grosse Menschen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber machbar. Der Empfang von Patrizia war sehr hilfreich und herzlich. Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung alles, was nötig war. Tolles Objekt in Superlage 👍

Tolle Ferien direkt am See

Wir haben 12 Nöchte in der Wohnung ganz oben intern Dach verbracht. Wir haben die Zeit in den wunderbar alten Haus 18 Jh. sehr genossen. Durch die Hatten und Terrassenmitbenutzung haben oft draußen gegessen und den herrlich Blick auf die Berge gegenüber und den See genossen. Maderno bietet alles was man braucht und wir auch ein paar sehr gute Pizzarestaurants ausprobieren können. Patrizia die gute Seele des Hauses war immer ansprechbar und hat stets geholfen. Wir den heute ambush der Abreise schon darüber nach wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit.

Schönen Ferienwohnung mit Kopfschmerzen ;-)

Die Lage ist in Ordnung, kurze Wege zum Wochenmarkt und zum Strand. Der Parkplatz war super. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, alte gepflegte Möbel und die Ausstattung ist super. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass viele Durchgänge sehr klein sind und man oft gebückt laufen muss oder man stößt sich den Kopf. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich zwar einzeln steuern, dann geht sie nach kurze Zeit alleine aus. Es gibt außerdem nur ein großes Fenster. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur ein Dachfenster, welches sich nicht öffnen lässt. Aufgrund der vielen Beulen werden wir die Wohnung nicht erneut buchen. Kopf. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich

Ein idyllisches Fleckchen am Gardasee

Wir waren begeistert. Das Haus mit seinem besonderen Baustil hat eine besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Der wunderschöne Garten mit der Terrasse und dem direkten Zugang zum See lud zum Verweilen ein. Trotz der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße haben wir den Straßenlärm nicht wahrgenommen. Vor Ort wurden wir von Patrizia betreut, die jederzeit erreichbar war, wenn Fragen auftauchten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen .

Everything at one single place!

Magnificient old building from the 18th century, beautiful garden right next to a tiny old and quiet harbor, simply stunning! A small and quiet private beach right at the house for a swim in the early morning. Not that much touristic traffic in that part of the town but everything can easily reached by foot. Even fly fishing in the Toscolano spring is possible above the historic paper mill up in the valleys (really lots of trouts there but rather difficult to hook 😁). We simply hat a great vacation. Tolle Unterkunft mit eigenem kleinen Strand

Wir waren 10 Tage zu viert mit Hund im Juli 23 in einer der zwei Wohnungen unter dem Dach des tollen, historischen Hauses mit schönem Garten am Hafen Toscolano. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher,Toaster, etc. WLAN im guter Geschwindigkeit vorhanden. Das Gepäck/Personen können per kleinem Fahrstuhl befördert werden. Der Ablauf über das Portal lief reibungslos. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Patrizia begrüßt und eingewiesen. Kommunikation in Englisch. Den Garten teilt man sich mit dem Bewohnern der anderen Wohnungen, wobei jede Wohnung ihr eigenes Plätzchen im schönen Garten/Terrasse hat. Auch der Dackel konnte am kleinen, zum Haus gehörenden Strandabschnitt mit schwimmen gehen. Der Hundestrand von Toscolano ist unweit entfernt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen die Wohnung sowie Herrn Cecioni und Patrizia weiter.

Traumlage

Die kleine Wohnung unter dem Dach war nett, aber einige Reparaturen wären angebracht. Auch in punkto Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, ist noch Luft nach oben. Was uns sehr gestört hat sind die Matratzen, die ständig verrutschten und sich so immer wieder eine große Kluft auftat. Der Checkin war ok, Patricia war sehr nett, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles geduldig erklärt, nur am Ende des Urlaubs war sie nicht mehr erreichbar, unsere sms liefen ins Leere. Trotz dieser Wermutstropfen geben wir dem Objekt 4 Sterne, da die Lage der Villa direkt am See und abseits vom Trubel sensationell ist und wir den schönen und gepflegten Garten in vollen Zügen genossen haben.

Tolles Ferienhaus und engagierte Gastgeber

Wir waren 14 Tage hier und haben es genossen. Die Wohnung besitzt alles, was man in den Ferien braucht, die Lage ist perfekt - der Strand vor der Haustür und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe - und die Gastgeber sind sehr engagiert. Vor der Buchung kümmert sich Danielle um alles, vor Ort Patrizia. Beide sprechen Englisch. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, dass sofort behoben wurde. Übrigens gibt es seit einiger Zeit eine Parkmöglichkeit ca 50m vom Haus entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank
