The place is just as described - in a relatively traffic-free street ending on the beach promenade, modern, nice large terrace with a view of the beach (although not on the beach), etc.
We were very satisfied with everything except the sofa, which is ripe for a garbage can.
Two items of note:
- there are, I think, 37 steps to get to this apartment, all external (fine with us except that we injured our knees in unrelated accidents and then the steps became rather p;robelmatic),
- the very nice and very helpful lady who introduced us to the apartment and the underground locked garage did not speak any English at all - and we did not speak any Spanish; if you are like us, get ready for this.
Torrox itself consist of two communities - the historic Torrox, which is essentially a few kilometers up the hill, and the 'tourist' Torrox Costa. Both are nice and the 'tourist' part where the apartment is located was peopled but not overcrowded. It seems to be a very popular place with its very nice kilometers-long beach and paved pedestrian promenade, many restaurants and all the stores and services you need I n the vicinity.
Highly recommended.
