This is a spacious 3-bedroom frontline apartment on the 2nd floor accessible with elevator, with direct sea views over the Mediterranean. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, it offers a bright living area, functional kitchen, and comfortable layout for families or groups. Located on the Paseo Marítimo, you are steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Despite the central location, the interior remains quiet and private, offering a balanced coastal living experience.

Guest access is to the entire apartment, ensuring full privacy throughout your stay. You will have exclusive use of all three bedrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms and private balcony with sea views. The space is completely yours. Easy self-check-in is provided for convenience and flexibility.

We are available to assist you throughout your stay for any questions, recommendations, or support you may need. We respond as quickly as possible during daytime hours and always aim to resolve any issues efficiently. Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 guests are allowed in the rental at any time.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Quiet time is observed from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property, including inside and outside areas.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rental. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.

• In case of lost keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged

• Any damaged or permanently stained item
will be charged 25€ per unit to cover replacement

• To ensure a sustainable and efficient turnover, we kindly request guests use only the beds corresponding to the number of booked guests. If all beds are used unnecessarily, a supplementary linen and cleaning fee of 25€ per bed will be applied.
