The friendly staff and modern finishes made my stay at this convenient hotel great. I used the gym and the pool and the staff were accommodating with a late checkout which really helped me out! It was a really pleasant stay and I’d be happy to return!

There is a lot to like about this hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and had plenty of room. In general a good hotel for business inToronto. However the big caveat was the utter disregard for quiet after a certain hour. On one of the nights there was an "event" on the second floor that made a huge amount of noise and I understand lots of guests complained (learned this later). However the hotel only decided at 3 am to ask the partiers to break it up---but what resulted was them going upstairs to the 6th floor and continue banging , dancing and making noise until at least 4:30 am. Absolutely cost me a night of sleep and discomfort. Crazy that they didn't have security walk the halls at an early hour to guage the level of disturbance. pity because it could have been a nice stay.
