Over all it was good . Very central to everything, lots of dining options and very convenient for transportation, but in my opinion it’s a bit overpriced for the size and quality of the unit. It’s pretty quiet but I guess it’s wasn’t my luck that the fire alarm went off at 3am at night and was going for good 30 minutes. So had a difficult time to follow back to sleep again and in result was tired next morning. Would rather choose different spot for the next time

The place is very small. The kitchen is very small. Kitchen dishes: there are 3 plates, 2 small bowls and 2 small plates. The pots are very cheap. No big bowls for mixing nor salad bowls nor serving dishes. There is a dishwasher in place but given you have only 2-3 plates you would have to wait awhile for your dishes. There is no dining table nor chairs so if you are ok to eat on the couch this is ok. Bedroom: There are no drawers for your clothes. There is a closet with one high shelf but it has all their bedding. Therefore we had to leave our luggage out on the bedroom floor to serve as drawers. When you do that, there is absolutely no space for you to move around in the bedroom. We tried to speak to the manager about the difference in pictures online and the actual suite. The manager was extremely defensive so I do not recommend you reach out for any needs. In addition when we were arriving, the manager was constantly texting asking time of arrival. It was disruptive. We kept him informed along the way and despite that we had to wait to be let in. On the flip side, the concierge gentleman was spectacular and very helpful. He was going to let us in but said that the manager had to give him permission to let us in (which he did not). Due to the size of the condo, and the managers approach to our concerns I would rate this property as 3.

It took several hours for us to receive the keys to the Soho "suite," which meant we had to wait without clear instructions. The "suite" also had pluming issues during our stay. Great location but the quality and service are not worth the price.
