Upon arrival, I found the Studio Suite immaculately clean and neatly furnished. The host, June, is an excellent communicator: friendly, helpful, courteous, and reliably speedy in responding to my texts. She guided me through the arrival process with clear instructions, patiently resolving my confusion over "early bag drop" (which is free after 1:00pm) and "early check-in" (which incurs an extra charge of 40). The property is conveniently located on a tram line that connects with the TMU subway station. Though I usually walked to the station--which is only nine minutes away by foot--I was grateful for the tram line after a winter storm covered the sidewalks with heavy snow and made them impassable for pedestrians attempting to roll suitcases to the subway. The compact living area (with bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen occupying one long rectangular space off the front corridor) is rightly described as "cozy"; but it does not feel cluttered or crowded. The decor is comfortable and restful on the eye. The appliances are all new and in good working order. I would certainly stay in the Studio Suite again. I particularly recommend it to elderly retirees (like me) who like to travel.
