I recently stayed at the Radisson and my experience was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Basic expectations weren’t met.
First, there was no toothpaste provided, which is something even 2-star hotels manage to have on hand. When we tried to call the front desk for assistance, we were put on hold multiple times without anyone telling us or updating us. The communication and customer service were honestly unacceptable.
On top of that, the shower head was old, worn out, and had terrible water pressure. It felt neglected and definitely not up to 4-star standards. For a hotel that advertises comfort and quality, the room felt poorly maintained.
Overall, this stay was far below expectations. The lack of basic amenities, poor communication from staff, and outdated bathroom fixtures made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from the Radisson, and I would seriously reconsider staying here again unless they improve their service and upkeep.
