The hotel was in close approximately to where our plans were for the weekend. I have stayed at Monte Carlo Inn before and I just love how comfortable it is and how friendly the staff are. I will most definitely be staying here again.

I have a lot to say about this property but my biggest concern is the cleanliness. I found hair that didn't belong to me all over the bathroom. I took a towel and I wiped the outside of the tub and it was so dirty. I took a towel and wiped the inside of the tub and the shower walls and they were dirty. I took the sheets off of the bed and there were hairs underneath the sheets so I'm not sure if that was even changed. The toiletries are not personal size, they are terrible quality. The hallways smell like smoke and the staff are not friendly. The phone also doesn't work. The breakfast was meh...the lady who handles breakfast just stares at you. There isn't any room service and the restaurant attached is temporarily closed. The curtains are stained and has holes in them. I also didn't see any vending machines anywhere.

I had a terrible experience with the staff here. They don’t have basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste if you want one, buy one from vending machine. They don’t have water bottles in their rooms neither at staff. You have to buy it from vending machines that won’t work. Everything here is either paid or not available. The staff was very impolite and pretending to be very busy while sitting in corner of a room door and watching videos. It was not a pleasant experience and it actually ruined the vibe and mood of my night. It’s preferred to either not go there or if you are going please bring all your needful things with you. Do not expect anything from them apart from a room and a key. Rooms were okay but warm even with AC.
