Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very helpful on directions and where to wait for airport arrivals. The hotel is older but staff kept clean. Room with jetted tub was nice. Had a bit of a old smell but again was clean. Room wasn't expensive but was on par with older hotel.

One of my main complaints about the suite we stayed in was the condition of the jacuzzi. When we turned on the jets, dirty water and residue came out, which clearly indicated that the jacuzzi hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. It was disappointing and unhygienic, especially for a room advertised as a luxury suite.

for the most part of the day was great. The front desk staff were nice. I did however go to the dining area for dinner. Lady working there was quite rude. I asked for steak on a bun. She didn't ask me how I wanted my steak. It's pretty much standard. She just had a real unfriendly attitude when I asked her about this told me that it only came one way. I've never heard that before. Just an unpleasant experience in the restaurant
