Although the apartment was clean and communication was except, the apartment looked nothing like the photo provided. It was extremely small. The bed was not a queen size and uncomfortable. Overall an average stay for the amount paid.

Room not as advertised. Two tiny coffee cups. Two towels for 5 days. No mattress only a piece of foam on a boxspring. Broken bed frame. AC set to 19 and No way to adjust. Parking wand NOT included had to pay extra daily for parking. Was supposed to be a king size fed but was only a queen. No sheets on the bed only a thin top blanket. 2 cheap ikea pillows.

We had a wonderful stay — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The only downside was the incredibly long wait for elevators at all hours, which was frustrating at times. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our time here and would return if that issue was improved.

I love my stay with INFIVILLA Toronto. The location is amazing, walkable to all the places I wanted to check. Many high quality restaurants and bars just steps away There are also grocery stores, shoppers, coffee shops just down the street. The kitchen and laundry facilities made my trip much easier and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

I wanted to take a moment to share the fantastic experience at INFIVILLA Toronto. For the location, the price absolutely can't be beat! We were just there for a weekend and we didn't need any extras but the minimum we got was pretty amazing :D The bed was ridiculously comfortable too! Would definitely recommend.

I actually booked it by mistake. I wanted to use some free nights through hotels.com. But wasn’t allowed too. I tried and tried. Even contacted hotels to try and figure this out. But they were unable to contact the vendor. Unfortunately I was stuck with the full price without using my free nights. Room was nice. Good location. Just wish I was able to use my free nights. Communication could’ve solved all this.

We had such a wonderful stay at The INFIVILLA Suites Toronto. The location is fantastic, in central of everything, very walkable. the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. Our stay at INFIVILLA was amazing! This is in the financial district but we were able to walk to anything. Lots of food options nearby, the mall, CN Tower, train station. The rooms were so nice and we had a great view of the city. Very spacious with kitchen and a little balcony, lovely!

My fiancé and I have stayed here at INFIVILLA twice now and we absolutely love it. It’s reasonably priced, friendly staff, and lovely amenities. The location is fantastic, it’s walking distance from Rogers Centre, CN Tower, and Soho District. The rooms are very comfortable and kept very clean. Our stay at INFIVILLA Entertainment Suites was great! We’re here for a bluejays game, the suites are very close to the Rogers Center, we can easily walk there. Also lots of nice bars nearby! Room is also great, spacious and comfortable. I recommend for people watching games to stay here!
