They didn’t give rooms there but sent us to another hotel. They should have informed us earlier but didn’t do it this we waisted our time and energy. It difficult to move around with family including small children. A phone call make everything easier but no body called us about this change.

We weren’t expecting a lot with it being so close to the airport and having read some reviews but it was close to the convention centre. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downfall is that the hotel is behind in updating the general appearance. It could use new carpet in the halls but it is kept very clean.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The only issue i had was my toilet was broken for part of my stay and they did fix it fast as the pump needed replacing. They didnt offer for me to change rooms but did comp one night of my parking which is nice but i thought a little under value for not being able to use the bathroom.
