I was disappointed that they offered free shuttle but the shuttle start time wasn’t until 6am. On the website it’s says free shuttle but no time is stated. I had to take a cab to the airport even the cab driver over charged. Very disappointed. I reserved a room with a king size bed and when I arrived it wasn’t available and offered me two queens and charged me the same price.

I booked the wrong night so I did not stay. It was supposed to be for next Saturday. I hit the wrong key. Expedia was wonderful and reached out to the hotel which could have easily waived the fee so I could rebook for next Saturday. Carlo the manager lied to me at the hotel and said he did. The. I found out he didn’t. I called him out on it. I am going up the chain. Expedia was wonderful However. I stay at hotel all the time and it had very few occupants yesterday so the manager Carlo not only lied but is unkind. Now they have. Lost a customer for. 370 dollar a night stay. I am not giving up and will pursue higher ups. Management on this day not kind. No customer service.
