My recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Airport West was absolutely fantastic — easily one of the best airport-area hotels I've experienced! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome with the signature fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie set the perfect tone for a relaxing visit. The location is incredibly convenient, just a quick 10-minute shuttle ride from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), with the free 24-hour airport shuttle running smoothly and on demand. It's also close to highways for easy access to downtown Mississauga or Toronto. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable with a plush pillowtop bed, modern amenities, free WiFi, and everything I needed for a restful night. I loved unwinding in the indoor pool and fitness center after a long flight — the facilities are well-maintained and inviting. The on-site TAZA Grill + Bar offered delicious meals, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Whether for a quick overnight layover or a longer trip, this hotel delivers top-notch service and comfort. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back!

Upon arrival the staff couldnt make a room key due to system maintenance. The front desk staff was helpful to get us to the room without the key and then peovided us with the key when they were able to. The room was OK and the bahtroom layout was also ok, not what i was expecting from double tree
