Hotel was okay, rooms were a little noisy when we were trying to sleep but then it all settled down. The bath towels were very damp though so you may want to keep them in the dryer a little longer so that they dry properly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful!

I am disappointed not of the service but the information I got from the Expedia while making the reservation. It showed this hotel had shuttle service from the airport. That was the main reason I did the reservation. And when I called the hotel they said they haven't had the service for the last 6 months. I told them I saw it on the hotel info. The person there told me they had already updated the info and if I was able to show him the add he would cover the taxi's fare. If he had just told they had updated the info how he could pretend me to get the info. Of course when I went again on the page it wasn't there. I don't appreciate being misleading.

Great Customer Service

This was an older hotel but it’s been recently renovated. It’s spotless and the bed very comfortable. But what we were so impressed with was the service. From the reception, the welcome call in our room to make sure everything was good (who does this anymore) to the courteous housekeeping to when we checked out - every encounter was a positive experience.

Since I’ve been between homes, Ive had the unenviable routine of booking temporary stays in the missisauga area. On residing at a couple upper mid tier franchises, this family run boutique hotel easily stands out as the best of them all. This location has been fantastic from my experience compared to the other options, Ive lived in the area. Highly recommend this place for it’s location, customer service, positive community vibe & dilligent cleanliness. Kudos to the management team for running a seamless operation & premium hiring standards for all staff at the facility. The entire staff have a subtle essence of humility, kindness & customer first mentality. Shoutout to Daljeet & Ashma at reception for their curt professionalism & being flexible with requests. Appreciation to Sheila & her staff on room service. Sheila and her team are hard working with a smile & always go the extra mile. I have’nt been able to recollect the names of the folks on my floor but I share grattitude to them. Location is great as it is well located around core missisauga services & has a plethora of premium restaurants, standard coffee shops (Tims, Starbucks) & gas stations right next door. The rooms are pristinely clean, appliances well maintained & I personally love the window being able to open for fresh air (most hotels don’t which can be a pet peeve for some on congestion). Keep up the fabulous work & helping keep hotels competitive in this market of disruptors like Airbnbs. I came here
