Kids pool was closed for Reno’s and was not communicated and we booked before the closure. Adult pool area was disgusting and dirty. No communication from staff about breakfast or amenities. Will never go back.

All the staff were so nice. We had a dog with us and we had no problems at all. The receptionist was also so nice to give us a free upgrade since we decided to extend our stay for one more night! We'll definitely come back here again.

The water slide was closed it was the reason we booked. Parking was very expensive and you could hear when the room above you flushed the toilet. It was a great location for walking around but I would stay at a more modern hotel next time.

Hotel and rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly. But kids in the hot tub when they shouldn’t be and water bottles in the room has the seals broken. Also no room service and you can’t even call to order, you can only order in the restaurant for takeout.
