This hotel is completely different than the pictures on the Wyndham website, Expedia, and google. Those pictures are of a Fairfield, and this hotel is in shambles. We pre-booked through Expedia, not realizing those pictures weren’t right. We pulled up and were shocked at the condition of the hotel. There is no sign on the building, the front of the building looks to be falling apart. We were scared to leave our car in the dark parking lot- there was was little lighting and it was a very sketchy area. The stairwell had trashed piled up, the elevators and pool weren’t working. We left. We have been trying to get ahold of the manager for a refund, but they keep ignoring our calls. Every time we talk to someone, the manager “has just left.” Above everything else, customer service is exactly the same as the condition of the hotel.
