Staff were pleasant, however there is rubbish all over the property, the pool was empty and a lot of things around the property are not in good condition. The bathtub was dusty and had black hairs all over it.

Having been before... and then this visit... we won't return. On the first visit it was evident that the property was old, but it still presented ok. Clean and tidy. THIS visit 😱 what happened? A general condition of untidiness and lack of care. Rubbish stacked around the walls, pool out of commission, rooms really needed a serious deep clean. Having to go to Reception to ask for toilet paper really demonstrated a lack of attention to basic detail. TBH we should have checked out, but on day one we'd travelled all day and we're just too tired. (BTW check the rate you're charged as they attempted to charge us almost 50% more than that quoted by Wotif)

Friendly staff who accomodated our after hrs arrival. The room was clean, just showing its age. Replacing the curtains would be an easy initial step towards improvements. A broken ironing board and having no iron available in the room was a frustration during our early morning departure.

Comfortable and easy for a family with older children. Was a challenge to find the right driveway and the aging steps felt unsafe in the rain. Heater in main bedroom didn't work but reverse cycle aircon in the lounge room gave plenty of heat to the whole apartment when the bedroom door was left open.Some junk around downstairs.

It was obviously old in my room with a big step up to bathroom the ceiling of which was damaged. Twice there was water on the bathroom floor that was not from me having a shower. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep. Outside the gutters were leaking which made navigation to the street across an unsafe looking bridge difficult without getting wet.
