Lobby is very nice. Rooms are kind of outdated/ missing something. Room was big but in my opinion not worth the rates they charge. I’d stay here again but for far less than I paid.

Pool was closed and that was not clearly indicated on the site. Pictures showed hot tub so I did not read amenities as I am familiar with this location. Location was being remodeled and the cost under the circumstances was not adjusted for things. It available!!

I had a few items removed from my room. Spoke with manager. Received them back. Couldn't give an explanation on to why they were taken. Did not offer any compensation for inconvenience. They said it's just an error. An error is taking everything with the assumption the customer checked out. Not picking and choosing what you take. That's called theft.

Open the pool and hot tub

Great place to stay with pets. Excellent breakfast. I will be giving 5 stars once the pool and hot tub are open again. Was disappointed to find them closed during my stay.

Overall the stay was perfect. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, service was wonderful! Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of service, so if that is a big thing for your decision, call the hotel directly. They are remodeling, so hopefully they will be back in use after the remodel is done!
