Hotel felt calm and relaxing after visiting a lot of busy cities. Loved the restaurants and cafes all around. Near the monorail which was convenient and easy to get to. We were able to go to Akihabara, Tokyo Skytree and Ueno easily. Asakusa/Sensoji Temple was super close to walk to. My bf and I didn't like the pillows that we had the first night but the staff informed us that there are additional pillows at the front desk by noon, so we were able to pick up softer pillows the next day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The room is clean. We got the room with 2 bunk beds and its good enough for our family of 4. We had enough room to open our large luggages on the floor. The bathroom is typical Japanese size so its on the smaller side. The hotel has 2 laundry machines so we had to wait but the staff was great. They offer free matcha latte which was good. It close to the train station, a grocery store and a couple of convenience stores so I like the location.

V convenient hotel, a short riverside walk to Sensoji and multiple dining options. The bath was a great option to have and the cafe downstairs was good. The rooms were small but that’s Tokyo for you - it suited our family well. Having a direct bus to the Shinkansen station was a welcome bonus!!!

Overall a practical good value for money option in Tokyo. Nice small room that’s clean and well equipped. They provide pjs and slippers like all hotels do in Japan. Located near major lines of metro that connect to all touristic areas in Tokyo including airports. Walking distance to the famous Senso-ji temple. Loved the available complimentary coffee machine with hot & cold beverages including matcha. There’s also a microwave in the public space. The onsen was a nice experience, I was lucky though that nobody was there when I went because I would be quite self conscious without any clothes on in public. Facial products are not provided because you can use them from the public bath but other complimentary toiletries are offered (toothbrushes + paste). I liked the public balcony at the reception. They kept my luggage after check out all day which was helpful although one downside is that checkout is at 10 am and they charge extra for every hour later.

The Sumida River is conveniently located near the hotel, making it perfect for evening walks and runs. It was also great to have access to a clean and quiet public bath. Asakusa was nearby, so I could find various places to eat.

It was very small but value for money. I didnt use the metro however there is a metro station right outside it that connects you to most areas. It's nicely located to reach most areas easily. And great staffand very clean. Breakfast not much option but there is a 7/11 around the corner.

Rooms are small.

The hotel was not amazing at all. Room was too small for 3 beds. The hotel should have given us a better and larger room for 3 people. We should get some kind of a refund on our credit card. Alos on the last day/morning we felt rushed by the front deskto leave the room at 10 AM, why not 12 noon.
