Absolutely spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The rooms, the service, the friendliness, the restaurants, the location. Just incredible all around. Cannot wait to go back. My only ask would be for more rooms that sleep 3 (even with a roll away bed)

Great place to start in Tokyo

Excellent in every way. The staff was impeccable and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The shower had excellent pressure and the room was very well appointed. The breakfast buffet in the Atrium on the 4th floor was superb and not to be missed. Have stayed all over the world and this hotel is amongst the finest.

A true 5 star hotel with a 7 star staff. Talk about accommodating. They walked us through the rubic cube they call the Tokyo Train Station to buy tickets and deliver us to the proper platform. Who does this?

The best.

The Tokyo Station hotel is simply one of the best hotels in the world. The customer service is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food in both the breakfast buffet and the tea room is awesome.
