I do love the level of service provided by this hotel - you can see all the nice Japanese service spirit in this hotel. Many in this hotel is self service. It means if you are a first timer, you would expect a few trips to the front desk area for amenities. The room is on the smaller size, which was a shame. There is no sufficient space for opened luggage - hence the deducted rating. Overall it’s a good hotel and I would use again if I am travelling light.

The staff were very helpful, patient and out going. I’ve stayed in 2 sotetsu fresa inn hotels now both times visiting Tokyo and they don’t fail to uphold good service & etiquette, the fact the hotels have vending machines, laundries & change machines is an honest life saver for any and all scenarios

This hotel was in a great location. Lawson's right next door, restraunts right next door, less than a five min walk to metro. Safe area and walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Rooms and property super clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were on the smaller size compared to North America standards but still comfortable.
