Incredibly helpful staff and always happy to help. They delivered our luggage to kyoto and helped us fill out the form. Hotel room was tiny but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Shower and amenities where all there and extras like slippers, dressing gown robe and shaving razor all free of charge.

You get what you pay for. The bed is comfortable and you have enough amenities and space. The bathroom was a bit moldy and the wallpaper was dirty but good price for the area

Convenient/ close to subway station one ride to Narita Airport. A Lawson store is just across the street. The top 3 Tokyo main destinations are a stone throw away. Will stay again here when in Tokyo.

The hotel room was not clean. The table, the bathroom tub corners, the windows were not clean, and really dirty. The bed sheets were also not super clean or fresh. The room’s wallpaper was torn off at few places. The hotel didn’t also had good clothing iron. The clothing that was given to me was not working properly. I had to charge the iron again and again after every 30 seconds or it would not iron my dress well. I spent 25 minutes ironing my dress and got late to my tour I had scheduled the morning. The most frustrating part was that the hotel was not clean at all. I asked for early check in and the staff told me to wait an hour saying that the room was not ready and they were cleaning the room. But they put me in the dirty room. I’m allergic to dust & mold. I had to get myself allergy and cough medicine the first & 2nd night I stayed there. I do not recommend people booking this hotel ever. Thank you

We booked a smoking room as it was the only option. We understood it would be a bit smelly to which that was the only down side because we are non-smokers but we would diffuse the room with spray and it was okay. Good aircon and heating, great shower, beds were comfy and clean however pillows could be firmer/fluffier. Great location to train, views, food and staff were amazing. Overall it was perfect for us. I would stay again and book a non-smoking room if there was the option

Excellent hotel in terms of value for money

The room was not as good on the photos on Hotels.com website. However, the staff was wonderful, from reception, restaurant to housekeeping. Location is very good, with 10 minutes walk to 2 Asakusa stations, for Ginza and Asakusa line. Lawson supermarket right in front of the hotel, quiet neighborhood, reception offers toiletries. Breakfast was very good, and it is from 7-9.30am. Asakusa is a tourist destination itself, with famous temple complex, many souvenir shops, plenty of restaurants, very good exchange office near the main temple. Value for money in this hotel is an absolute 10, at leas when compared to New York for example. The food in Tokyo in the ordinary restaurants is very good, with very good prices. The meal I had in one of them for 1000 yen held me for 6 hours walking through the town. Hospitality in Tokyo is the best I have seen in any modern city, and I have visited over 90 countries of the world.

Very friendly and helpful staff even with various requests for amenities and luggage delivery/transport services using my limited Japanese and google translate. Key return system is a bit tedious if just going out to the nearby convenience store but the staff is always there and they're very attentive so it's not a huge flaw. Bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance and there is one going opposite direction towards downtown with many good shopping and food places right across the street corner next to the convenience store. Cleaning is only once every 3 days but that's more than plenty. You are provided fresh towels outside your room every day and they helpfully empty your trash if you leave it out as well. Overall lovely experience and would return in the future for low cost comparable to AirBnB while providing far superior accommodation and service.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff are really nice and helpful. It is a long walk to the subway station but there is a bus stop right out the hotel which helps a lot. I like bus rides in Japan so I am fine with it. Lawson is just across the street. Will stay here again.
