We stayed here for only one night, so we didn't use the amenities much. The location is great, the room was super small. If you have more than one large luggage, you won't have space to even open it. This wasn't a surprise for us. We didn't try the breakfast or any other amenities. The Remm in Kyobashi was better suited to our tastes.

Great Hotel but poor Room Service

Hotel was convenient to public transpo (beside a train station) I often stay at Remm whether Akihabara or Ginza. The downside is room service. Cleaning service isn't that good unlike before. Hoping they could improve this.

Great location, comfortable hotel. The massage chair whilst it might be nice for some people it felt a bit gimmicky for me and took up valuable luggage storage space in a typical small Japanese hotel room. Will happily stay again.

The hotel is right next to JR station, really convenient after a long day travel. Shops are very close and many restaurants to choose. Staying at Akihabara is a good option as attractions can arrive within 30 minutes. Even the room for two is small but i will consider again because of the convenient location.

We stayed at Remm from 2/6 to 8/25. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an issue with the cleanliness of one of the rooms. My friends noticed socks and toothpicks on the floor behind and next to the massage chair, which seemed to have been there for some time. We asked the staff to clean the room the next day, and while they did, the socks and toothpicks were still there when we returned. When I addressed this with the hotel staff, they apologized. I also asked if there was any compensation, such as a discount on breakfast or dinner, but they explained that they don’t offer that, and apologized again. While I understand this was not the front desk's fault, I do think the hotel should have a policy in place for such situations, such as offering a small discount or gesture of goodwill. The rooms are small, but they served their purpose as we were mostly out exploring the city.

Tokyo convenience, comfort and value

We hopped off the JR Yamanote line at Akihabara and exited the station... the hotel was right there! It made moving around Tokyo so so easy. The check-in was easy, the staff were lovely and looked after our luggage. Would return. Plus... the room had massage chair and the TV had chrome cast built in! Awesome.

Location is unbeatable - literally 30 secs from the JR gate, a few minutes from too many shopping and dining spots. Love the walk in shower, very spacious. Even a massage chair is included. Room is small so pack light if you can. Washing machines could use some regular cleaning, fabric pieces and hair are visible on the door seals. Really slow elevators, only 2 reach the ground exit.
