. We stayed in a Sunrise Room on the 34th floor, and the views of Tokyo were absolutely stunning. The room was beautifully designed with artwork by Koki Tsujimoto and was noticeably spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. The queen bed was firmer than I prefer, but that’s fairly standard for Japanese hotels, as were the pillows. The bathroom was average in size but featured a deep soaking tub—perfect after long days of walking—and excellent shower water pressure, which is often lacking in other hotels. The room also had ample storage and was very comfortable overall. The hotel restaurants were just okay. Menu options were limited and leaned more upscale; while the food was good, the prices were high, making nearby 7-Eleven a more appealing choice. The staff were outstanding, especially the concierge, who was extremely helpful. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again, though I would skip the on-site restaurants next time.

Hotel lobby is very nice. Room was average. Decided not to have breakfast after server asked for my eggs to order requested egg whites the server said they cannot. Decided not to have breakfast at hotel and went to outside restaurant. Overall experience hotel good location most staff nice pleasant helpful. Wouldn't recommend breakfast buffet at 4,500 YEN limiting egg order to 2 eggs at 4,500 YEN! Hotel decorations very nice spacious lounge area in lobby.

Excellent location and wonderful service! I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Being so close to the Ginza Station was a total lifesaver for getting around Tokyo easily. Would definitely stay here again!
