Breakfast was fantastic. Room is large for Tokyo and staff was very efficient. Public bath was good but can get a bit crowded later in the night. Too many visitors not following proper bath manners, your suppose to wash BEFORE you enter the bath, if you want to wash after also that is ok but I saw too many foreign visitors going straight into the public bath. How do i know? They weren't wet and I saw them come through the doors and go straight into the bath.

Good location for a stay with children, a bit of a trek to get to more central areas but many child friendly activities nearby. Hotel was clean with a nice scent and amenities were good.
