We had to change rooms as the air conditioning in the room was not effective in the Tokyo summer. From there on we had a great stay, the staff were very helpful and did everything to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. The train station is close and convenient although the walk to some platform lines is almost 1 Km from the entrance which is not unusual in Tokyo.

Fantastic property close to metro station. The pool was a highlight, as was the buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and the hotel was immaculately clean. We would definitely stay at the InterContinental ANA Tokyo again. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Great location in Tokyo with easy access to subway and walkable to Roppongi Hills and Ginza area. Kids loved the hotel, especially the pool and the club lounge food - most impressive breakfast buffet we’ve ever experienced. It was a great place to relax after all the walking and sight seeing in Tokyo.

Had to use the railway station everyday to sightsee or meet up for excursions. The extra premium paid for lounge was not worth it. Used the afternoons and cocktail once on a 5 nights stay. The breakfast was worth it in the lounge as it provided a made to order menu but the breakfast downstairs had pretty good selections as well. Keep in mind the mini bar is not complementary as we mistakenly thought it was as there were no prices on display to say otherwise. Overall good hotel but will choose one closer to Shibuya or Ginza 6 or even Shinjuku. We really wanted to be in the midst of the hub of Tokyo. Using the transits everyday was quite stressful in itself, especially with 2 kids.

Great luxury hotel in the heart of Minato

Great great hotel in Minato City; very close to the Tokyo Tower. Only thing is breakfast buffet was basically the same every day.

Great resort Tokyo Hotel

We enjoyed a short stay in our final leg of our Japan tour in the lovely ANA Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel is huge, in a pleasant, relaxed area Ark Hills. Lots of restaurants close by and a lovely Saturday farmers market just outside. We had a premium club room, which was a good size, good amenities, a comfy bed, good, quiet air con and great black out blinds. The club lounge on 35th floor was excellent, great breakfast order and buffet options, with lots of western choices. Also the cocktail hour had lots of lovely food and great drinks. It was super busy, but staff worked hard to look after the guests. We used the gym which was good, and the outside pool. The pool was crazy busy as over the weekend so lots of paying outside families, lots of children and noisy, but still good to be able to relax outside at the end of our trip. Overall we would definitely recommend the hotel if staying in Tokyo.

Amazing staff, pool was amazing. We had the Mizu suite for 2 adults + 2 kids. It was a little small - living area is not physically separate from the bedroom, and the pull-out couch is a double (not a queen). Breakfast was superb, plus all the lounge amenities. Kids were treated well. Would definitely stay here again (but would try and get a bigger room for 4). Thank you!
