We had a great stay at Phillip’s place. It was in the perfect location. Shops, coffee, restaurants, entertainment, and the waterfront all within steps of the apartment. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions on where to park and how to locate the building. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and the bedrooms are on opposites sides, so it’s perfect for two couples or a family. All of the kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided, the beds were comfy, and the couch, big screen tv, and pool table provided a perfect place to wind down after a busy day. One thing to note: it IS in the middle of historic downtown Titusville which means there are the usual sounds (cars, music, conversations). This didn’t bother us in the least, it actually added to the charm of staying here, but I have family members who are sensitive to sound, so I thought I would mention it. All-in-all, it was everything we hoped for. We would definitely book again if we’re in the area!
