Our unit is situated on Laconia Road, providing a direct route to the area's best spots. We are less than one mile from The Lake Estate, making this an ideal choice for guests attending events or looking for a nearby dinner with a view. You are also just minutes from Tanger Outlets, local marinas, and public beaches.
Unit is located on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs to access the unit.

Great location near the lake with amazing views. Conveniently located between Gunstock Mountain, Lake Winnipesauke, Opechee and Winnisquam, and Tilton Outlets. However, it is located on a busy road. There is a bit of road noise.
There is one security camera located outside the main entrance. This camera is for security purposes only.

You’ll have full, private access to this entire 900-sq-ft second-floor condo. This includes your private lakeside balcony and a separate deck area—perfect for morning coffee with a view.

Please Note: To ensure we remain in good standing with our neighbors, the Condo Association strictly limits the use of the boat docks and the communal fire pit to owners only. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these community boundaries!
