Do not throw cigarette butts off the balconies; violators will be fined up to $300 USD.
Do not hang any objects on railings.
The use or introduction of any legal or illegal drugs or weapons is prohibited in the complex.
If caught with or using illegal drugs or weapons, you will be handed over to the authorities, and your stay will be terminated with no refund.
No loud noise or music from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
