We reserved 2 queen beds for family, but received one king and a pull out. Hotel was booked so couldn't change; pullout was not comfortable. We only received 2 towels and were told they were out. Shower did not drain so we were standing in water. Front desk clerk was very friendly, just not helpful.

The pictures Expedia has need to be updated to show the true property. Upon checking in I wasn’t asked for proof of ID that to me was odd. I got my room and it was awful, the room smelt like mothballs and mildew and mold there’s holes in the wall. There was hair on the bedding. There is yellow stains on the wallpaper right beside the toilet, very noticeable. The wallpaper was peeling off in the corners very noticeable I went to the front desk and told them everything I was switched to another room which was not any better, but I cannot find a room at any other location so I was stuck here with a 5 Hour Dr. to be back home. The property needs a lot of upkeep and a lot of fixing. Unfortunately, the vibes I received here are a motel and not a hotel he would think going to a hotel you’re going to be going somewhere clean cleanly, and nice unfortunately that was not the case

The elevator was small and flooring was dirty and not cut to fit. The carpet in the hallway was extremely stained with large dark spots , not sure what they were. The shelf in the bathroom was duct taped to the wall. The curtains would not close. The doors had a 3/8" or more gap around the lock side. Felt unsafe in hallways and at night. Overly priced for quality. No other choices to speak of in the area. Receptionist was very kind and helpful

Lukewarm shower

After a long day, i was looking forward to a long hot shower. Unfortunately, the water was only warm , as was the tap water in the sink. Thats the reason for the average rating.
