Staff are amazing and so helpful, i was a little disappointed as had booked a pool view room but didnt get one, staff offered to change room on day three but we did not want the disruption, could not fault a thing. Happy holiday break before Christmas
The staff we're very friendly and knowledgeable. The half board option worked well ,you could swap dinner for lunch should you need to eat earlier. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate stopping again once this COVID issues are addressed and we can travel without ristrictions
